FO - Mason Dixon Dishcloth

Recommended Posts

I finished this dishcloth this past weekend. The pattern is from the Mason Dixon knitting book. I used Sugar and Cream 100% cotton. I thought this was a great exercise in changing colors and carrying the alternate colors up the edge of the row. It also allowed me to work on my purling but not so much that I got frustrated. I also learned to slip a stitch purlwise, which now is not a big deal but to a new knitter seemed weird, at least to me. I really enjoyed this project and it is very easy for a new knitter.

Thanks for looking!

Oh that is nice! I have a ballband dishcloth on my list of knitted things to do, as soon as I get around to it, and get up the nerve to try it! :lol Love this!

Yours looks great!

I've made a few of those recently and I love them. I even like to do a sc crochet edging on the sides. Love to get the crochet in with my knitting ;)
