All the talk lately about eco-friendly bags, etc., got me interested in crocheting more than just afghans. So, I ventured into cotton and made the Lion Brand Market Tote.

Thanks all. I just wanted to post to say that if you are thinking of making this bag DO IT! Run out, get your cotton and do it today! I LOVE this bag. I took it to work today with my lunch and dinner in it and had a BUNCH of stuff to bring home and it all FIT unlike my regular canvas bag I take. It's GREAT. I may have to make another for the downtown market shopping

I made this bag for myself a while back, although I made the mistake of using Red Heart. Okay, so I had no idea it would stretch like it does (beginner mistakes haha)! I swear, it hangs to my ankles with anything in it! Next time, I'm going be smart and use cotton! Great job!
