What to do with the ends?

Hi... I have what is probably a silly question :blush... how do you treat the ends after you finish off pieces done in thread? Do I just get a smaller needle and weave them in like I would if it were yarn? Do I knot them and trim? :think I'm not doing a doily, but rather a bride doll dress, and was just curious if there was anything special / different I should do...

Thanks much :)

Actually, what you can do is crochet over it when you turn after your first row. It is the same you do with thread. When you do a ch1 or ch3 and turn, you now carry the thread with you and crochet over it.

The last thread, leave enough to thread through a needle and then weave it in.

This is the method I use when I am making the doll cloths, angels and small animals.:hook
