Crocheted video game dolls

I just started my own blog and have a video up that I have to share. I crocheted some dolls of the main characters in a movie my friends and boyfriend are making, and they made a japanese-esque fake commercial for them. I asked for a picture, and boy did they out-deliver.

Just a note- make sure you have your sound on for this, or it's not very funny. And watch it all the way to the end- it comes back after the title shot. Apparantly the actor did a little improv on camera and it got put in!

That was really neat! Just wondering, but was the guy in the orange supposed to be naruto? My bf is crazy about that cartoon/video game lol

Krystal- the guy with the crazy blonde hair in the red outfit (might look orange on some monitors) isn't a specific video game character, although he looks like a bunch of different ones. He's the hero in a video game spoof that is being very careful to reference characters but not use them directly. Copyright issues :-) Just like the ninja in black is not a Mortal Kombat character, specifically....but he sure does look like he could be one!

 

His character is a sorta RPG/fantasy/fighting game character. Sorta Link meets Ken meets...I dunno. It's hard to explain at this point.
