Chenille Shawl

I made this chenille shawl for my SIL, Marie...I used this pattern and got the link from Rachels site CPC. I only changed the edging. The chenille is some 900 ypp I got from ebay on a rather large cone, I think I paid 3 bucks for the cone and have enough left for another shawl, same pattern or a couple of other projects, who knows! Its very soft and easy to work with. I was rather surprised at the lovely texture.

 

The loony person in the picture isnt that thrilled to be wearing the shawl....she just is slightly nuts in general...Mama loves you Emily...
