Hi from Mi!

Hello! My name is Mya, I live near Grand Rapids, Michigan. My mom taught me to knit a long time ago, but I only recently taught myself to crochet. She is left handed and I am right handed, so I don't knit like anyone else I know, but it comes out looking right. That's why I couldn't learn to crochet from her. The really funny part is it takes me a lot longer to knit anything than crochet it.

 

I only have a couple projects going right now, and a few planned. I'm working on buttons for a hoodie for my son, a hat, a blanket for a friend and some curtains. After I get them done I want to make something for me. I never do, something always comes up, but I really want to make a shrug or duster. I would really like to make a Mrs. Weasley sweater with those sleeves, but I just don't have time to sit and figure it out right now and I haven't found a pattern for it yet.
