Knitted 18" doll outfit

I have a bunch of crochet patterns for 18" doll clothes but not a lot of notions to put buttons, elastic etc so i have fallen back to following the patterns of a sweet lady on a knitting forum.  she kindly sends out handouts to people who email her and part of this outfit is from one of those. The rest of it can be found in two places on that forum.  the mock cable skirt with suspenders and mary jane shoes i love her patterns because they are very easy for a beginner

the shirt is from one of her handouts and is a basic top with attached panties the sleeves are lacy ope done in a knit 1 yo knit 2 together pattern the yarn  used: skirt Red heart super saver melonberry, top red heart sport in white and the shoes red heart super saver in white

I like red heaqrt fot the doll clothes because it is sturdy and holds up well to play and is washable
