Learn to Crotat

I have been working very hard!

 

In the summer I had a Crotat aricle and pattern published in Inside Crochet. I have re-written the article, taking into account feedback from readers and teaching workshops, so that it now includes more detailed instructions and more advanced techniques.

Thanks for the booklet. I have the stuff to crotat but just haven't done it yet. I down loaded the booklet and it looks easy to follow.

Thanks so much for sharing. I never quite got the hang of tatting so maybe this will be better for me.

I learnt to Crotat before I learnt to shuttle tat, which meant that I found the crotatting easier. However, then I learnt to needle tat. Needle tatting is very similar to crotat in that you tie the stitches on the needle then pull the needle through. I found that easier than shuttle tatting as well.
