My grandma just gave me some old craft books from the 1940s that have a TON of crochet patterns in them! And they are in EXCELLENT shape! I haven't had a chance to look through them all (just thumbed through them), but I can't wait to sit down and go through them all. I just love vintage patterns! Major score for me!!! :cheer

Oh how cool! What an awesome Grandma to have held on to such special items and give them to you. ... My Grandma, and my mom, are my inspirations for crochet and knitting. :manyheart

Those are the best. I have some from the 40s also that I found in my grandmother's house when she died, she was the person who taught me to crochet so they are extra special.
