It's probably wishful thinking for me. Our cat used to like being on my lap, but she's switched allegiance to DH since he took over her care and feeding duties. True love, ha ha.

:lolThat is so cute. My cat loves to curl up on my lap. She doesn't bother skeins of yarn; a ball of yarn is another story. She will knock it to the fall and play with it and I'll have yarn from one end of the room to the other, wrapped around the legs of the furniture.

So funny, reminds me of my cat before I got the yarn winder. A ball would always hit the floor and he would be on it like butter on bread.

My mom's cat used to try to grab her knitting needles. He knocked my case of hooks off the table and they wound up in/under mom's couch (1 was missing for a week).
