My first scarf

This is my first project ever. It took about a week and a half because I didn't work on it for a few days and then I had to purchase a yarn needle to finish. Anyway, it's my "beautiful disaster" ...

Oh I do like it. Of course, I just want it to be perfect. I chose a pic that hides the flaws. You know, we're our own worse critics.

 

@nikimcn: It's just a single stitch scarf. The instructions I found called for a 4" gauge (about 14 chain stitches and whatever length you desired). I wanted it a little wider so, I made 21 chains. It's about 5 feet long. I didn't think to count the rows.
