Christmas gifts?

This year for my co-workers, I have decieded to make randome items, put them in boxes, wrap em and let them choose the box they want. Last year I made hat/scarf sets for everyone.

 

So far I have made, spa-set, kitchen items (dish cloths, towels and dish soap cover), slippers, and a snowman tp cover. With the spa set i have included soap, bath salt, lotion and candle. With the slippers I have included lotion.

 

I have 7 co-workers and 4 items made. Any suggestions on 3 other items I could make? I am browsing thru my books and magaiznes again.

You could do a relaxing one - like some tea bags and a homemade neck warmer. (rice & flannel)

Looks like you have a theme to each gift. How about -

1. slippers, book cover & a bookmark.

2. a small tote type purse with a little crocheted wallet or a cover for tissues. (if they're all women in your group)

3. a couple little baskets to drop keys, change, etc in & some clothes hanger covers

4. a couple potholders, a hotpad & a towel holder

* crocheted cosmetic size bag ~ I make these with a flap and self button, and everyone loves them, men and women

* Winter themed ami's, such as snowmen or santa

* bouquet of crocheted flowers

* crochet a drawstring bag a few inches high (I like to do dark green) and fill with candy kisses

I would make some lacier light weight scarves to wear with dressier clothes. This idea just came to me ta dah!!! neckwarmers!!!! they seem to be the "in" thing this year!

so many awesome ideas. Thank you ladies for your in put. I know I will go with the cup cozies. Now to research the other ideas. If I dont use them this year, I will have a head start for next year.
