my attempt at another bookmark...

my daughter's friend asked if I could make a monkey when she saw my turtle bookmarks...this is what I came up with...the head is a little crooked, but considering this is the first one. I'll be making more for the craft fair I'm doing next month...

I did write the pattern as I went along. I'm thinking of putting this one up on Ravelry for sale. I've already had people on Yardsellr about my hot air balloons that are saying they are going to copy it.....really don't want that to happen until I can get the pattern listed for sale, so I removed my balloons from that site until after the craft fair I am doing.
