Ugly Blanket Cal

I finished mine last night! I don't believe it's done, I thought it would never be done. But... I haven't been feeling good; so I worked on it a lot yesterday. We'll probably use it for an extra blanket in the travel trailer.

I see the "UGLY" in the title and think I'm not going to like these, but I always do. It fascinates me how the colors always seem to go together. Another great job!

I don't know if anyone is currently working on ugly blankets, but I have started one for my middle, 11yos in hulk colors: RHSS Dk. Orchid and Spring Green. I'm using two strands and hdc, heavier on the purple than the green....

I am going to be starting one of these, the little girl I babysit went thru my scrap yarn today so I can make her one for her Bday next Fri.

Still pluggin' away at my Hulk-colored one for my middlest son! I'm about 1/4 of the way through. I had wanted to do thin streaks of the green through the purple here-and-there, but MAN this is soooo much easier in strips when I think about all the ENDS! Lazy way, huh?

i tend to be a many project type of gal and now w/ the heat index near 100, this has been put to the side. gives me time to get more scraps as well.
