15 minute snowman

Was looking through Crochet Pattern Central yesterday for interesting snowflakes and saw a new one for a "puffy snowflake" and realized that if I took the sides off of the outer points they would be great little snowmen. Will be making a family of them to rep. ours...to make a "Daddy" I will just be adding an increase row and "sc around" a few extra times...

 

Any ideas on making "clothes" for them...they are about 3 inches tall.

**added a new pic of the "Dad" snowman. Was easy to "embiggen" him...and I sprayed him with adhesive and then sprinkled him with Diamond Dust...looks so pretty!

What a great idea! You did wonderful in adapting the pattern.

Not sure what clothes, I like it the way it is. Maybe do one with a green scarf and red hat. Maybe a poncho? Maybe see what doll clothes there are...
