Plastic Canvas Happy Birthday

:)Hi, thought I'd share my "Happy Birthday" gift bag topper.... My friend's b-day is the 29th... I made this to top her gift bag.... The only thing is that I asked my daughter if she'd go buy me a medium size, solid color bag.... this is what she brought home.... It's a large one and well you can see the rest.... I enjoy doing plastic canvas when I can.... Oh, the decoration on the side called for suckers you glue on.... I didn't have any so stitched ice-cream cones instead.... strawberry & vanilla......YUM!
