winter has come, it's getting cold outside...

how about a hot latte to warm you up? :manyheart

I would like to share this pattern, it's very easy and fun, so everybody can make their own mug :yarn

A) Bottom

Rnd 1: 7 sc in a ring (7)

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around (14)

Rnd 3: *sc in next st, 2 sc in next st* around (21)

Rnd 4: *sc in next 2 st, 2 sc in next st* around (28)

Rnd 5: *sc in next 3 st, 2 sc in next st* around (35)

Rnd 6: *sc in next 4 st, 2 sc in next st* around (42)

Rnd 6: *sc in next 5 st, 2 sc in next st* around (49)

B) Body

Rnd 1: Ch 49, form a ring (49)

Rnd 2-13: Sc in each st around (49)

 

C) Ear

Rnd 1: 7 sc in a ring (7)

Rnd 2-18: sc ineach st around (7)

 

D) Latte [Colour: I used Red Heart Super Saver Yarn - Sandy Print]

Rnd 1: 7 sc in a ring (7)

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around (14)

Rnd 3: *sc in next st, 2 sc in next st* around (21)

Rnd 4: *sc in next 2 st, 2 sc in next st* around (28)

By ear do you mean the handle? and it doesn't seem right to work 7 sc in a ring then one in each around.. that'd make a circle or are you working the handle as a tube and not a flat piece?

 

Yes the ear is the handle, and yes it is a tube as it is all 3-D :)
