Hi everybody! This is the first pattern I've ever written and I think it actually came out really well. Anyway, I hope you guys like it. It's pretty easy :hook

Here are some pictures for reference...

I used Patons Lacette (cream caress and maroon mist) and crocheted double stranded with an F hook (3.75mm).

 

Kitten turns out to be 3 inches tall (7 1/2 cm)

All stitches are done in the round

Head

1. ch 6

2. 2 sc in each sc (12)

3. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (18)

4-6. sc in each sc around (18)

7. sc2tog every 2nd sc (12)

8. sc2tog around (6)

 

Body

 

1. ch 6

2. 2 sc in each sc (12)

3. sc in each sc around (12)

4. 2 sc in every 2nd sc (18)

5. sc in each sc around (18)

6. sc2tog every 2nd sc (12)

7-9. sc in each sc around (12)

 

Ears (make two)

 

1. ch 4

2. 2 sc in each sc (8)

3. sc in each sc around (8)

4. 2 sc in first sc, sc around (9)

 

Arms (make two)

 

1. ch 5

2-3. sc in each sc around (5)

 

Feet (make two)

 

1. ch 6

2-3. sc in each sc around (6)

 

Tail

 

1. ch 3 (or 4 if you want a thicker tail)

2-?. sc in each sc around until tail is as long as you want it

I've been looking for a good cat/kitten pattern and was thinking I was going to have to create one, then here yours is!! PUURRRfect (sorry I had to go there) :blush
