Finished a UFO (Cotton Bag)

This has been hanging on a chair in my bedroom forever. I had the hook stuck in it and the yarn inside of it.. all it lacked was a round of single crochet around one side of the bag and handle. Good Grief.. I don't know why I waited till yesterday to finish it.

 

This was started as a crochet a long years ago.. in a yahoo group. Right now, I don't remember WHICH group it was. It was supposed to be made of RH's Casual Cot'n, but at that time, I didn't know what that was, didn't want to mailorder anything, didn't feel like driving an hour to shop (and had never seen it in the stores anyway, so driving might not have fixed the problem anyhow).. and had a ton of sugar n cream.. so I used that. I'm going to go and see if I can figure out which group it was from.. I like the bag and might like it better made up in CC.

Nice bag! I have a bag that needs just a little finishing and an lining, but could be done in no time and it's just there.... so I do understand. You did a great job and now have a great bag!
