Where do you get Alpaca yarns?

I recieved a gift of a skien of it a while back from a dear friend here, and LOVE the feel, where do you purchase it? We only have a JoAnn's and a Hobby Lobby and a Micheals here, I have yet to see this yarn, is it something you have to order on line, or get in a "specialty shop"?

I actually buy mine locally, found some great black and white from a local dealer

I have bought alpaca yarn on Ebay several times and I've been very happy with it. Each time I've gotten it from the same seller, if you'd like I can get their name for you. It's a fingering weight yarn, it's soft, soft, SOFT, and you get 10 skeins for around $11, depending on who else wants that lot of yarn. They have loads of different colors, and several lots of each color for sale, though, so there's almost never a bidding war for it and it goes for $11 or $12 plus shipping. I've never paid more than $20 (including shipping) for 10 (or is it 12? It MIGHT even be 12 skeins) in a bag.
