My first felting project - purse

Here's the before

 

 

And the after, it needs to be shaped a bit more as I did the straps a bit different on either side, but I was just happy that it turned out as good as it did. It's still not dry yet and needs to be shaved and a button added, but I was excited to show it off.

felting is great isnt it! I love waiting for the washer to finish so I can fish the wet soggy item out and have a good look at my creations! I love the colour of the yarn you used here!

I felted my first project this past weekend, its barely even dry as I type this very moment.

 

I have to say, both are beautiful, but your project is so pretty Pre-felt...I think I would have had a hard time throwing it in the washer.
