Where to buy hook cases?

Hi!

 

I've been looking at the forums for some cute crochet hook cases. I really like the home decor fabric ones.

 

But I really don't want to sew one myself. I can imagine it turning out horribly already hehe.

 

The thing is, I haven't seen anything like these in Sydney. Or maybe I haven't been looking the right places.

 

The ones at http://www.boogybags.com/index.html are totally adorable, but I don't think they ship to Australia

 

Does anyone know where abouts in Sydney I can get something like this?

I just did a quick ebay search and this is what I came up with. I'm sure some of these sellers send worldwide.

I crocheted mine. I made one, with a pocket for each hook in single crochet. I made a long strip of the same color (but you can use whatever you like) in single crochet that works as the pockets. Using some extra yarn, I sewed the smaller strip onto the first one and then sewed at intervals for the pockets. Used a piece of yarn and a large button for the closure.

 

The other one I made is the one I like the best. It drapes over the arm of the sofa. I weighted each end with rice bags and sealed them up in pockets; this keeps the holder in place on the sofa arm, then made three pockets to slide scissors, hooks I'm using, and pens/pencils down into. Now my dad wants one to put on his chair to keep his remotes in. lol

I have a pencil box that I got fairly cheap at Walmart.

I use the zippered pencil holders but I am thinking of using Heat Bond and making one in fabric, I don't sew.
