Apple Tea Cozy, tested

I was recently able to test this apple tea cozy for Lisa. She had been searching for an apple tea cozy pattern, and when she couldn't find one, she just made one up herself. And I was fortunate enough to be asked to test it for her. I love this tea cozy, it is perfect. (Thanks again for letting me test it, Lisa.) It goes in my red kitchen with apples and roosters, perfectly.

I think my pot is too big, for this tea cozy. I think it might be for a four cup size pot. I'm not sure. I thought the same thing, too.

Very pretty! I bought her pattern & plan to start on it soon. I'm not sure what cup size my pot is but it's round & short so I think I'll have a shorter "fat" apple (lol)...I think it's nice that each pot cozy will look a little different, just like different kinds of apples!

 

I want to keep my first one but this would make a great teacher gift!
