gift for a runner

Recommended Posts

I used to run a lot in the winter. I had a pair of knit gloves that were warm when I kept my hand closed but when I stretched out my fingers, it let the air in. When I started warming up, I could cool off just by stretching. They need fingers since those are really what get cold. I would love a home-made pair of those. They don't need to be very thick or heavy.

Matching headband and wristbands out of cotton that are sweatbands, not warmth bands. We (the girls) did a 500 mile run when I was young, and we didn't have things like that. We had bandanas. A headband sweatband could be made with a tie in the back if you don't know her head measurement.

Real Deal
