I've been looking myself and I did find this one: Tall Poppy Craft. (I haven't ordered yet, so I can't tell you much more.) I would love to know of others. The Ebay shop above only seems to have the solid ring type and I am looking for the kind with d-rings or loops to sew on. (I want to use them for felted purses and that kind just won't work.)

I was listening to back episodes of Stash and Burn's podcast and they interviewed someone who carries long over the shoulder type purse handles. I wish I could remember who....or what site.
