I thought I would reprint this pattern again now that I can do it without getting it all jumbled up thanks to Shell so here goes.

Rows1-10:ch 31 st ,sc in 2nd ch from hk,sc 10 rows even.

Row11:sc to end,sc last 2 st tog.

Row12:sc fst 2 st tog.sc to end of row.

Row13:change colour,sc to end of row sc 2 st tog.

Row14:sc 2 st tog.,sc to end of row,changing back to orginal colour.

Row15:sc to end of rowsc last 2 st tog.

Row16:sc fst 2 st tog. sc to end of row sc last 2 st tog. fasten off.

Wheels:

Front wheel:ch 4 join in ring ch3 10 dc in ring join change colour,2 dc in ea dc around join ,join wheel in 4th & 5th ch from front.

Large back wheel: ch4 join,ch3 make 13 dc in ring.

Rnd2:2 dc in ea st around join

Rnd3:ch2 hdc in same st,(hdc in next 2 st,2hdc in next st)around,change colour.

Rnd4:dc in next 2 dc 2 dc in next dc around.

Rnd5:dc in ea st around.join between 11th & 12th row and 7th st at bottom.

Muffler:

join yarn in 6th st at top & sc in 5th st,ch1 turn sc in next st cont.for 11 st,fasten off

Breather:

join yarn in 6th st from muffler,ch 1,sc in 5th st,ch1 turn, sc 3 times in all ch 3 sl st in2nd ch from hk and next ch & st,ch 3,turn sc in2nd ch from hk and across,ch 1 turn sc in next 4 st,fasten off.

Steering Wheel:

join in coloured strip of body with sc,ch 6 turn sl st in 3 ch,ch 4 sl st across to centre fasten off

YEAH TRACTORS!!! I have two tractor crazy grandsons that I need to make new blankies/afghans for now that they are a big 2 years old & have out grown their baby afghans! This is perfect, thanks so much!
