Plain water bottle holder...

I think it's called "plarn"...correct me if I'm wrong! I made the strips from plastic grocery bags and crocheted this water bottle holder. It was the first thing I have made without following a specific pattern. I sorta took a few patterns and made my own. The only problem I had was that the strap is twisted a bit since I forgot to make sure it was flat before I started making it. What do you all think? My 3rd project ever!!

At first I thought "plarn" was a typo for "plain". Then I read your post. Very clever word and a super nice water bottle holder! Congrats on creating your own pattern and using plarn so early in your crocheting career!!!
