Riviera Top pattern testers Found - Thank you!

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm seeking pattern tester(s) for this new top I designed. Click here to see photo: http://www.styledbykristin.com/display/ShowPicture?moduleId=442688&pictureId=666812&galleryId=42538

Upon completion of pattern testing, you will receive a copy of the proper pattern, and a pattern of your choice from my pattern catalog.

I look forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Kristin

I just wanted to pop in to say that I think your "reward" policies for pattern testing are very generous and wonderful. Great job on your designs!

Thank you to everyone who has responded via private message and posting on the thread. Here are the specifics:

Crochet hook size: D/3 (3.25mm)

Gauge: 5hdc/3 hdc rows = 1"

Yarn A (sport weight): 540 (600, 675, 750) yards

Yarn B (lace weight): 1150 (1250, 1350, 1450) yards

Sizes: 35(37, 39, 41)

The sample garment used:

Tilli Tomas Elsie for yarn A (33% milk protein, 33% silk, 33% merino wool)

135 yards per 50 gm skein

and

Tilli Tomas Voile de la Mer (30% seaweed, 70% silk) for yarn B

290 yards per 50 gm skein

I believe cotton, cotton blends, wool/silk or wool/cotton blends would be terrific substitutes as well.

If you have any additional questions, please email me.

Thank you! I look forward to your replies!

Best regards,

Kristin

Thanks for all the great compliments and interest. I've received several pms. Thank you all for the support.

When all sizes are accounted for, I'll update the thread.

If anyone is interested in just checking the numbers (math crunching) for all sizes, that would be great, too. And, that person will receive the finished pattern and a pattern of his/her choice from my pattern catalog.

Thanks,

Kristin
