Evening Bag Crocheted with VHS Tape

That turned out great! I also have tons of old tapes around here.....now I have something to do with them......How many hours of tape went into that bag?

ohh forgot VHS tapes were sized by hours.

All she said was 2 tapes.

I used the t-120s and didn't even use 1/2 of each to make this bag. The bag is 8" wide x 6" long. I was surprised that it didn't take very much of the reels to do the bag. It does make a bit of a crinkle sound when you move the bag around. Also I did see another blog about a person who used the old cassette tapes to crochet a small purse. Because the tape is so narrow you would have to use a small hook. Your gauge would definitely be much smaller.
