Looking for a pattern for Thread Crochet Chandelier Earrings

Hello All,

 

I saw these wonderful thread crochet earrings in the new issue of More magazine. The earrings are made of cotton thread and are chandelier in style. I have not found any pattern online similar to these. Here is the photo from the magazine. I know it may be hard to see the earrings in the photo. Any ideas of where to find a pattern? Thanks. Let me tell you about that first pattern...they work up in like 10 minutes!!! They are the BEST!!!!

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to add that I just finished these (pattr. # 1) with beads on the picot and they look fantastic!

Would love to see a picture of them. I'm sure the beads weight down the thread a little so they hang well from the wire.

I like the second one but I can't imagine doing bead crochet by using a hairpin lace tool. The pattern has inspired for a way to make matching earrings for a necklace and bracelet I have.

I have made the earring in the first link, too. I made them in a variegated blue /purple thread. They are easy, fast, hang nicely and I always get compliments on them.
