Cute-sy Mohair Scarf

I started this the other day when I went to visit my grandma in the hospital, and finished it the same night - maybe 2 hours total! This scarf is for a co-worker. I know the pics are kinda poor but I'm giving it away today and won't be able to re-take them.

 

 

It's made out of a German 80/20 mohair/acrylic blend that I swapped for some time ago. This yarn is just gorgeous and very soft - I almost want to keep this for myself but have nothing to wear it with, LOL! It worked up *very* fast using an N hook [8mm] and a simple shell stitch, I believe the Crochet Stitch Bible calls it the "star stitch" but it doesn't look very starry.

 

Now, I need to lurk eBay looking for more of this yarn!! I it!
