Two afghans for in-laws

My former sister-in-law and brother-in-law asked me to make them two afghans for their sunroom.  Here they are. The chevron is a "crumpled" ripple, using the lemon peel stitch in ripple form.  The straight stripes uses the bean stitch.  Lots of texture. Colors are cranberry, black and ivory.
