Crocheting doll clothes is somewhat new to me and I am confused.  I have crocheted 2 legs for the jumpsuit but I do not understand the process of joining them with 6 sc, ch 1.  Any clarification for me would be greatly appreciated.  I have made several of your dress patterns, which have turned out beautifully, but pants always seem to confuse me.  Thanks for your help.

you make the two legs

 

 

and line them up together with the working yarn on the inside

 

 

work the sc thru a stitch from both legs.

 

 

does this explain it for you?  I don't know how else to say it.

oh yeah... the ch 1 is just to get your working yarn up to the height you need to be able to work in dc around the pants.
