Crocheted Nemo

My sweet little grandson (4 years old) was here for a sleepover last night, so before he arrived yesterday I decided to make something for him. He couldn't figure out what it was when it was only half-finished when he arrived. I finished it up this morning. He had a big smile on his face when I gave it to him. I also crocheted some fishing line, fashioned a hook from a chenille stem and attached it to a wooden dowel. He loved it.

 

It isn't the best, but I winged it without a pattern. He even has two different sized fins.

 

I know you don't really go fishing for clownfish, but hey - my grandson doesn't know that! LOL!
