My Very First Hat

Hello... I have been trying make a hat for some time now. After going through 3 hat patterns I finally made a real hat. I made it for my SIL to match her scarf that is still in pieces (granny squares and I don't mix). Here are some pictures. I used Red Heart Baby Soft in Twinkle with a bit of Fun Fur in soft yellow.

very pretty!...i just used tht same yarn in the same colour choice for a baby blanket, hat and booties i made for my niece!

Thanks for the nice comments. I forgot to mention where I got the pattern. Well it is the Addison Hat and I found it at crochetpatterncentral.com. It worked up really quick and didnt use as much yarn as I thought it was going to. Just a lot of v stitches and shells. Now on to tackle something else.
