Would I be able to make clothes for my daughter's 10" baby doll from 8" chubby doll patterns? I'm having a hard time finding any patterns for the 10" doll. Thanks!

Not just a smaller hook but thinner yarn may work.

I agree with Chris. One way you double check, is to try it on the doll as you go along. When you finish the bodice, put it on the doll to see if it fits, then you will know for sure.

You're question is a little confusing now that I read it again lol Do you want the patterns to be smaller than normal or larger ? Is the 10" doll a thin build compared to the chubby 8" Dolls ?

I'm sorry, I need to make it smaller. I have the patterns for the 8" chubby babies and the 10" is a thinner baby doll.
