Wreath Christmas Ornament

I designed this Wreath ornament today. I'll be posting it on my blog in the next week but I thought I would share it here sooner in case anyone gets a Christmas ornament making bug.

 

Fluffy Wreath Christmas Ornament:

 

Here are the instructions:

 

Using an "H" hook.

 

With green chain 15 (leaving a tail about 6-8 inches long), Join with a slip stitch to form a ring. Chain 1, single crochet in ring. *Chain 5, single crochet in ring. Repeat from * around until you have 40-50-ish loops on ring. Push the loops together as you go so that they are bunched up. Basically make loops until you can't make anymore fit onto the ring. Fasten off leaving a tail about 6-8 inches long. Tie the two tails together to secure. Adjust and flatten wreath to your liking. With red, chain 30, fasten off. Make a bow and sew it onto the top of the wreath (the area with the tails). Tie the tops of the tails together to form a hanging tie.
