poncho for my neighbor

A little girl who lives in our building just had a birthday so i made her this poncho

 

 

Do u think i should put fringe on it?? or is that too much for a 2 yr old?

okay this may be a stupid question but how do i put a scalloped trim on it???

The child may eat the fringe so it is not a good idea.. She is too young. You can look on crochetpatterncentral for crochet edging and find a scallop pattern to put on the edge all around....or leave it the way it is, it looks great....

What a beautiful poncho. Don't bother with the fringe, they just eat it, or pull it out. It looks great the way it is.
