my first shawl

I made this prayer/healing/comfort shawl for my daughter's principal who was just told she has ovarian cancer.

I really like the way it turned out. It's just hdc the whole way through, with color changes every 3 rows.

I have been making of few also to pass on .. I beleive in prayers and healing so i know that she will feel comforted with that shawl..

Oh how pretty!! The colors look so bright and cheery!! The principal will know that she is been thought of everytime she wraps your shawl around her!! (when i was going through my own health issue, I made myself a prayer shawl. And when my Aunt/Godmother went to the hospital, I gave her that shawl.(it kept my aunt warm, as her hospital room was on the cold side) She still uses it at home!!
