I received a thank-you from my niece today. She loves the hat. Said her classroom is decorated in smileys and they have a "hat day" the first week of school that it will be perfect for! I didn't even know about the hat day, so it seemed to work out great!

I just used up all my yellow yarn in a doll sized shawl! Geuss I'll just have to buy more because I have to make that! It is so cute and I know she is going to love it!! Great job!
