Bag Straps

I wanted something different for the handles on this bag, I thought maybe I'd buy some but the dimensions were off so after giving it much thought I came up with this idea....

 

I made a strap and sewed buttons on each end and used the corner holes in the bag as button holes... I think it's perfect!

How clever! I would worry that it would stretch out tho when you put things in it. The buttons match perfectly!

It's made from the cotton yarn so there's not much give.
