Thermal Gloves

I am blessed to have healthy hands and joints. I just get rolling on a project and don't want to quit until it is done, even if my hands are "screaming" for a break.

So, they might be good for me to keep going and get those extra rows done.

Thanks for the input.

I picked up a pair of gloves at Hobby Lobby. My hands and are deformed enough to make them nearly impossible for me to wear. They really didn't help me at all, but I have RA so there's just a tad bit more going on with me than your average person. My kids love to play with them, though :P

I find the same thing. I use them to prevent soreness. However, if you are feeling sore, the best thing you can do is STOP for a while. It's better to take a break from crocheting for a few days, then have to for several weeks/months.

I have actually considered getting a set as my right wrist is a troublesome part of my body. I am glad that it is rarely my actual hand that hurts, because I can guarantee you that if I were a pencil-style crocheter, I would definitely have issues. I can't even write with a pencil for very long.
