So, I was piddle-farting around and came across this site and I just love this flower assembly. YOu have to scroll the bottom of the page to find the beginning of how to make it. It is written in parts and part one is on the bottom and continues up. I just have to make this, along with another cazillion things. Thought I would share.

I agree, the best flowers are the ones that will not die. This pattern is not mine, it is the link to anothers, but at the bottom, it says she used catania from schachenmayer. I am not familiar with many different types of yarns, but I do like what she used, also.
