i have no idea. The one that is pictured fit a 6 month old and I used hooks one size up from what they say to use. I think the pattern calls for E and F I used an F and G, the other one ( in hot pink) i used the right hook sizes and it came out smaller. http://www.ravelry.com/projects/rosebudstar/pink-smock-for-baby

that one I think would fit a 3 month old probably.
