That is a fantastic :clapway to use up scraps,what pattern did you use :thinkthere looks to be one similar at CPC a double diagonal type one:crocheting

 

I used an H hook and used this pattern with the exception that I ch 36 for one of them and 41 for the other. Enjoy!

nice pot holders. The pattern resembles magic squares, I think, I have been looking for an excuse to try one, as well as wanting to use up some of my cotton stash!

this is also my favorite way to get rid of cotton yarn scraps. ww acrylic i tie and wind in a ball and i mean it gets huge to make rugs for the bathroom.
