Plarn Messenger Bag ~ Free Pattern

I have been working on this plarn (plastic bag yarn) messenger bag for awhile. It takes a lot of bags and is a very large-sized bag (15-1/2" x 13"). Awhile back someone requested a recycled tote bag pattern from me that they could carry their scrapbooking album in. Well this is what I came up with.

 

 

It's crocheted from brown recycled plastic bags using Hdc st and I added a sheet of plastic canvas in the bottom for stability. Here's the link to the free pattern. Enjoy!
