Stella: Standard 11 1/2" fashion doll,sport weight yarn,3.50mm hook,2 colours ,1/4"ribbon if desired

 

Minuette: Mini 6 1/2" fashion doll,fingering yarn,or #10 crochet cotton or similar,2.00mm hook,2 colours 1/8" ribbon if desired

 

Pixie: Pixi 4 1/2" fashion doll,fingering yarn,or #10 crochet cotton ,or similar,2 colours,1.50mm hook,1/8" ribbon if desired

 

Bodice:

Row 1:ch 12 (leaving a 12" tail for later)sc in 2nd ch from hk and across,(11) turn

Row 2: ch 1,*2 sc in st ,1 sc in nx st* repeat across last 2 st, sc 2 st tog,(17) turn

Rows 3-5: ch 1 ,sc across,turn

Row 6: ch 1,*2 sc ,2 sc in nx st,*repeat across to last 2 st,sc in ea(22) turn

Rows 7-9: ch 1, sc across,turn

Row 10: ch 1 sc 5,ch 6,sk 2,sc 8,sk 2,sc 5,turn

Row 11: ch 1,BLO,(back loop only)sc in 2 st and 5 ch,sc 1ch and 1 sc tog.sc 6,sc 1 sc and 1 ch tog, sc 5 ch &5 sc,turn

Row 12: ch 1 * 2 sc,2 sc tog* repeat across,turn

Row 13: ch 1 ,2 sc tog across ,turn(10)

Row 14: ch 3,dc in ea st across,turn

Sleeve:

Rnd 1: join yarn at underarm,sc in 2 st,sc between rows,dc in nx sp,2 dc in nx 7 lps(bottom bar of ch st of sleeve),1 sc ,join(19)

Rnd 2&3: ch 1,sc in 3,dc around ,1 sc in last st,join

Rnd 4: ch 1,sc 3 tog around,sc in last st,join

Rnd 5: ch 4,2 tr in same,3 tr in ea st around,join,fasten off.

Rnd 6: join contrasting colour*ch 2,slst in nx st*repeat around,join ,fasten off.

 

Bodice Frill:

Row 1: join main colour at back unworked loops,with top facing you ch 4,,2 tr in same,3 tr in ea lp across,fasten off

Row 2: join contrasting colour at same side as starting frill,*ch 2,sl st in nx st*repeat around,fasten off.

 

 

Skirt:

Row 1: with bodice toward you & frill up,join yarn in lps opposite side of starting ch,ch 1,sc in ea st across,turn(11)

Row 2: ch 3,2 dc in same,3 dc in ea st around,turn

Rnd 3 &4: ch 3 ,dc in ea st around,join in 3rd ch of,ch 3 of begining ch

NOTE: for maxi add an extra rnd of dc.

Rnd 5: ch 3,BLO ,2 dc in same,3 dc in ea st around,join

Rnd 6-8: ch 3 ,dc around,join

NOTE: maxi add another rnd of dc,pixi do not do rnd 8.

Rnd 9: ch 4,BLO,2 tr in same,3 tr in ea st

around ,join,fasten off

Rnd 10: join contrasting colour ,ch 1 sc in same *ch 2 ,sc in nx st* repeat around,fasten off.

Rnd 11& 12:join contrasting colour in unworked lps of rnds 8 & 4(maxi 9 & 5)(pixi & & 4) * ch 2 sl st in nx st* repeat around,join fasten off

 

Put dress on doll and take 12" taile and lace upback ,do not ,cut tail but pull inside for later use in taking off and putting back on
