I am thinking about making the open roses into ponytail holders. I have some elastics around that don't have metal, so we will see how that goes. Both of my daughters have already remarked about how pretty they are....

very pretty, and perfect for this time of year! We're getting early April showers tonight...and I see lots of bulbs poking up spears...the tulips are the biggest (but I don't count the irises...they poked up last fall, and are still there)...I think I also have hyacynth and crocuses...which are where, I'll see when they bloom and a couple easter lilies are in the ground too, but they aren't poking up yet (last years stems help me remember where they are though)...soo exciting
