More Potholders

Hey All,

 

Back on Christmas Eve I had brought a hot dish over to my SILs. I set it on a potholder that I had made from cotton christmas colors. She really liked it so I told her to keep it. She then told me about how her friend was looking for good thick potholders like this and was having a hard time finding them. I had a lot of cotton so I made her these:

 

 

The mittens were for my niece. Anyway, when my SILs friend received the potholders she called to say thank you and she couldn't imagine putting her dirty old pots on these beautifal potholders! LOL she was really appreciative and I just thought it was so nice of her to call.

Hi Kim your potholders all look beautiful... I agree with the lady i wouldn't want to put pots on such great potholders... but then again you can always make her more..
