Substitute for Wool-Ease??

Ok so I have a question and of course I turn to my trusty Crochetville friends to help me out. I have a pattern for a sweater that I have been dying to try, but the pattern calls for Wool-Ease yarn. Problem is, I am allergic to wool! I was thinking about substituting Vanna's Choice, but was curious if anyone had any better suggestions?? Thanks in advance for all your help!

Actually I think Vanna's would be a perfect sub, but maybe that's just me.

If it is a sweater, you would probably want a natural fiber for breathability. Good luck with your search.

Perhaps something with tencel? To keep the springiness of wool?

Vanna's Choice would be an excellent sub for wool-ease, you could probably use red heart also, but for a sweater I think all of these would be kinda scratchy.

Maybe chenille or cotton-ease?

I would think you could sub just about any other worsted weight yarn. I'm partial to Vanna's Choice myself.

I thought Vanna's Choice was supposed to be thicker than Wool-Ease?
